From the US National team,Chevrolet/LA Sheriffs, Team Shaklee, Webcor, Healthnet to the Atlanta Olympics, his expertise has enabled world class athletes to attain their full potential. That same know-how is available daily to the customers of the Right Gear.

Toby Poland was with The Right Gear almost from the very start. He worked nine years for us and after a brief stint as a highly paid (and unfortunately well-traveled) quality control engineer he brings his customer service and riding skills back to The Right Gear. From his first racing bike (purchased at Cabarrus Schwinn) to his present bonzai mountain bike style, Toby is an integral part of the POWRFIT team. And like all The Right Gear staff he is into racing! A USAC licensed mechanic he has traveled with pro teams such as Webcor and Priority Health. Shown above he is modeling his custom ceramic body armor that many of you donated towards the purchase of!

Just as professional cyclists have unique needs so too do recreational riders young and old. Regan has ten years experience in the sizing of riders to their bicycles so there is room to grow and maximize the fun without compromising safety.
